Did you use a plugin or did you edit the core code? I’d like to know! :)

Has anyone made this BuddyPress-compatible yet? :)

“This is relevant to my interest.”

If you’re a developer please read https://buddypress.org/forums/topic/i-need-help-converting-existing-theme-into-a-buddpress-ready-theme and let me know if you can help me. This is a paid job. Please read my post at https://buddypress.org/forums/topic/i-need-help-converting-existing-theme-into-a-buddpress-ready-theme and let me know if you can help me. There are about 8 pages to edit.

I am having a similar issue:

When you hover on “My Account” or “Notifications” and click on any of the links under them it will try to send me to the link but instead it quickly forwards me back to the homepage. This only happens on the “My Account” or “Notifications” links.

I already try different web browsers: Safari, Firefox, and Chrome but still the same issue… Any tips?

    susomoy sinha,

The only way you can create Admin, Moderators, Forums, Categories, etc. on bbPress is if you the stand-alone version and not the one that comes bundled with BuddyPress.

As geoffm33 said, an admin can delete forum posts directly from the topic on the included BP bbPress.

Albums should be a core BuddyPress feature. Hopefully we will see this feature soon. :)

Well, sorry for the above post. I uploaded all the theme files and re-modified the necessary files and the problem was fixed. Thank you for bbPress! :D

After upgrading to 1.0 RC1 I get the following error message when trying to access my messages:

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type stdClass as array in /home/********/public_html/beta/wp-content/member-themes/buddypress-member/functions.php on line 14

I didn’t upload the themes but I did upload the functions.php to the buddypress-theme as directed above. Any tips?

I’m already using NetxGEN in a different blog. I really would love an alternative to that. Don’t get me wrong, NetxGEN is a great plugin but I want to use a more simple yet professional approach. Thanks for your suggestions in advance! :)

I think “News” fits better than “Blogs” for an actual WPMU/BuddyPress site. Just my opinion… :)
