This has been asked and i’m trying to find a solution. There is no documentation on re arranging wordpress menus programmatically. Only in the admin can you re arrange. Since the plugin adds to the menu it might not be possible…..
might be a way to get items as array and then re arrange. its seems silly we can programmatically add to the menu an have it shown in admin
In reply to: I searching one month for this…In BuddyPress 1.7 the messages are getting overhauled. I will bring this up during dev chats
In reply to: Activity content outside the loop, in the head?Maybe I should just add this the BP share it
In reply to: Adding Dynamic Profile Link to Main Menu ItemWorking on this today so expect an update very soon
In reply to: TinyMCE in Group ForumIn reply to: Activity content outside the loop, in the head?bp_is_single_activity() <- was looking for that
In reply to: Activity content outside the loop, in the head?You could create another loop in the head,
`
<meta property="og:description" content="”/>
`
The only problem is you would want this to be only on the permalink header. You could duplicate header.php and call it header-permalink.php and then call that header in the permalink.php file
In reply to: Activity content outside the loop, in the head?I’ll post some code later to show you how to get info.
In reply to: Activity content outside the loop, in the head?Not going to work well, I’ve tried to incorporate open graph in BP Share it plugin. The open graph can be used on an activity’s permalink page. It will not work properly inside the activity loop. Permalink.php is like single.php. You can add open graph to that file
In reply to: Upload profile image at activation – in 1.7Neither Facebook or twitter require avatar on sign up. For conversion it’s better to have the most minimal barrier at sign up.
In reply to: Activity Stream For Groups ONLY?Install BP extended settings plugin and choose option to hide activity tab on profiles. Go to link above and learn how to only show group activity. You may need to change or remove post form from activity directory so personal updates are not posted.
In reply to: Upload profile image at activation – in 1.7Doubt it will return, can’t remember exact reason but it was removed in the past.
In reply to: Install Trouble and Feature InquiryDid you go through the set up wizard where it gives you options?
Also I’d suggest you add a site wide forum for discussion of bike related topics
Yes, you could create this but it would require custom coding. Great idea for using BP. The profile fields can be set up for the required info. The emailing members part is where the custom coding would come into play. You can use WP-Cron to find members with a profile field set to stolen and then execute a notification which will result in an email.
Cool, had no idea that plugin existed. Hopefully it’s doesn’t get abandoned
In reply to: BP Extended Profiles Fields QuestionYou can create a select menu but you have to enter options on field creation. No way to pull info from db
In reply to: What “theme” is this site using?It’s custom and not available.
&& means both statements must be true || means either one can be true. Even though both may work I like using || when evaluating either/or statements. If both were needed to be true then && is more appropriate.

var newtext = text + ‘ : )’;
$(“textarea#whatsnew”).val(newtext);

In reply to: Logout button redirect to home pageYou can also filter logout link. Place this in bp-custom.php or your themes functions.php
`add_filter(‘logout_url’, ‘my_filtered_logout’);
my_filtered_logout($logout_url, $redirect) { return “URL-after-logout”; }`In reply to: Logout button redirect to home pageAnywhere you want a logout link you can place the code. Header.php will show on everypage
home_url() is the site you’re on main page. If you want another URL use code below and put in URL you want
`<a href="” title=”Logout”>Logout`
Go to Apearance > Menus in the admin and create a menu. Choose what you want.
