In reply to: Is this possible? YES / NO?
Nonsense. If a user is a certain level you just test against it.
if ( member_level && is_users_profile ) <- not real just fake example
This is not a setting in S2, you will have to write this code yourself and wrap the profile pages with it. This is why they say it wont work because they have no settings for BP pages.
When I get a chance I will make a working example.
In reply to: BP Profile Privacy…it’s easier to just use id and classes but sometimes when there is dynamically generated markup that has no id or class you can target an element using selectors.
Also, if you ever spot an element in the BP code that does not have an id, please post it on trac so it can get a fix.

In reply to: BP Profile Privacy…You can target any element on a page even without CSS id or class. People have just gotten used to the easy way with adding a class to every element.
In reply to: BP Profile Privacy…Not sure how this applies to privacy but what nav are you trying to add CSS to?
Regular sites work well on tablets. You can use a responsive theme or use buddy mobile. I’m working on next buddy mobile and it’s very app like. The current version is a mobile theme that mimics an app.

In reply to: Change url somehow for admin’s profile?I have a plugin called BP Verified and you could use it identify a normal editor acount as a site “admin” not the WordPress install admin. This would draw attention away from the real admin account.
In reply to: Change url somehow for admin’s profile?My suggestions for security by other means is saying same thing in a round about way. The username is the least concern IMHO. Exactly THE point I should have said.
In reply to: Change url somehow for admin’s profile?`[EDIT: having said all that, is Facebook much more secure? — if someone knows my email address, they know my username]`
exactly my point.
In reply to: Change url somehow for admin’s profile?I’m not seeing how someone can tell your an admin if the username is not admin. if you change the username to something else the account will just look like any other account. If you are so concerned about someone breaking into your site lock down the wp backend to your home ip address or google some of the options to protecting WordPress.
Also backup database regularly so you can just reinstall if hacked.
