@MrWiblog Great start here. I have a mailing list of many thousands that I will be inviting to join my new community. Is there any way for me to bulk create invites for thousands? If there is not, I am willing to sponsor / pay for the creation of this feature if it can be done very quickly. Is this a possibility? Please @ me or reply here and let me know.

I installed, but do not see any form or link to an invite form anywhere on my profile. I have looked in the admin panel for a setting link, but only get the one to select the preselected settings and I see the one for the form.Any help…[Read more]

@MrWiblog, thanks so much for the answers! Cubepoints is, from what I’ve found, basically the leading points system for WordPress/Buddypress. A few other plugins have been integrated into it, and I think that this plugin would be a great addition to that list!

@MrWiblog Nice work :), any idea when this plug-in will work with Multi-site enabled? Pretty important I would think! And certainly for my projects, I will only be able to make use of it if it can work with Multi-Site.

@1stAngel @MrWiblog my bad, the version of the Secure Invites for WordPress MU working in my WP 3.0 installs is Version: 0.9.6. Strange that that version in not in the other versions page of the plugin

@MrWiblog I would like to see this evolved into something like invite only communities are using like (dribbble or forrst). So everyone would get a few invite codes to give out. Or is there anything else like that already?
Or @boonebgorges do you know something, since you’re the creator of the invites plugin.

@MrWiblog Hey Chris, Installed Voucherpress and unfortunately there must be something wrong but it’s not working. I’ve created 3 vouchers, placed the shortcode with preview=true in both a page and a post and only 1 of 3 are working somewhat. The one that shows up on a page doesn’t show any text unless you download it. Any suggestions?

@MrWiblog Sorry to bother you. Am using Secure Invites on http://1stangel.co.uk/aaw but when someone with an invitation clicks their special link in the email they are being taken to the normal, ‘you cant get in without an invite’ page. Any ideas?
By the way, Im from Beverley originally, E Yorks, you anywhere near there?

I’ve just tried the plugin “VoucherPress” of @MrWiblog
Perhaps this could be an answer to the CubePoints-Shop solution.
What’s your opinion?
The first step could be: E.g. 100 Points for one Voucher-Download…
( In this case, all vouchers would have the same worth )

This is one of the features near the top of the list. Do you have any preference for a format to add invites? For example, would a CSV file with the invitees name and email address be OK?
