Are you using an email that’s different than your admin email?
Here you go: https://svn.buddypress.org/branches/
Yeah, this page in the BP codex explains how to make changes like that: https://codex.buddypress.org/buddypress-site-administration/customizing-labels-messages-and-urls/
Use FTP to do a complete reinstall of the entire BuddyPress plugin again. Make sure that you have the correct folder and that it’s in the correct folder level. After that then remove your Facelook theme from the theme folder. Then see if your site comes back with the BuddyPress Default Theme activated.
16 months… we’ve been waiting that long? Wow.
We meet online every 2 weeks. You can suggest agenda items here: http://bpdevel.wordpress.com/
Wednesdays @ 19:00 UTC
IRC: irc.freenode.net
Channel: #buddypress-dev
Web-based IRC client: http://java.freenode.net/Roger posted some good links too. I’ve been really impressed with the potential of filters and the like.
@owrede Make sure that you’re using BP 1.2.5.2
Hmm… perhaps you should come to the next BP dev meeting (I think it’s on October 6th) and present your idea for BP 1.3?
@jutecht12 Something else appears to be the problem here. When I visit your blogs tab it says that most of your blogs were updated over a month ago. But when I visit the individual blogs some say they were updated just a couple of days ago.
Let me guess, did you upgrade either BuddyPress or WordPress on September 8th?
I would try installing BuddyPress and WordPress one more time again from scratch. Possibly even change the name of the database. Make sure to create backups though.
@hnla Oh, right. Whoops. My amazing brilliance got ahead of itself.

Here’s the link: https://codex.buddypress.org/buddypress-site-administration/customizing-labels-messages-and-urls/
You’ll find this page quite useful. My community actually has used this method to change “Favorites” into “Bookmarks”.
Oh wow, thanks for sharing that. I hope you plan on sharing this on @bowromir‘s new website that’s launching next week, bp-tricks.com (cause if you don’t, then I will
).@janismo We use the Favicon Rotator plugin with our child theme: http://archetyped.com/tools/favicon-rotator/
@jutecht12 Our problem was fixed it the next the release of BP I believe (1.2.3??) You’re sure that all of your blogs are plublic, right?
Are you in a sub-domain or a sub-folder install?
Glad to hear you got it worked out.
@johnjamesjacoby @boonebgorges Yeah, that looks pretty bad.
I believe that’s actually a built-in functionality of WordPress. See the photo here: http://screencast.com/t/YTg5NzBlN
I’m not sure if I totally understand your question. Could you be a little more specific?
Lol.
That shouldn’t be too hard. I’m more of a CSS and visual kind of guy, but I recommend checking with @dwenaus. He’s pretty good at creating plugins and I happen to know that he’s available for hire.
I hope you release your plugin to the GPL.

@rossagrant If you a delete a member I believe all their activity stream items are deleted as well.
@queeneve Login as an admin and then visit your user’s profile. You should see some moderation options. Optionally, you can visit Dashboard >> Super Admin >> Users.
Looks cool. Is this the plugin that you were thinking about activating on BP.org?
Btw, I think you forgot to activate the plugin’s forum so people can leave feedback.
It’s all good man. I saw you have some media albums. What media plugin and version are you running?
Yeah, I just checked your site at http://www.thechembook.com/ and I was going to say the exact same thing. Actually, if my eyes aren’t betraying me then you only need to add the line
border-right:none@thelandman I just wanted to let you know that @sbrajesh has been working on chat plugin of his own. Perhaps the 2 of you could combine efforts? He has a beta who’s source code is now GPL.
