Guys, I couldn’t find it anywhere so decided to post it – if I reply to an activity of a particular group it does not change the “Last Active” group time. Have a look here: http://switchstories.com/groups/ – “How To Find Motivation?” group – active 2 months ago but if you go in, you will see […]

I have a similar situation with the other site – bbpress 1.2.5, wordpress 3.0.1 – activity reply does not update group last activity. Did you experience the same?

@linusf one modification – to make Ajax work, the line 191 should be
echo <div class="gtags">wp_generate_tag_cloud( gtags_make_tags(), $gtags_args )</div>

Very easy – in bg-group-tags.php:
CHANGE LINE 191 to:
echo wp_generate_tag_cloud( gtags_make_tags(), $gtags_args );
REMOVE LINE 192 -

I have a very strange thing – when a user is a Group Moderator or a Group Administrator BP doesn’t show the reply form – only for normal users or Mods/Admins that are Administrators. It used to be all right – can’t figure out what happened. Adding new topics works fine.

We can have a group set up here – not a big deal, but I think admins should set some rules… it would be very useful, I am sure!

What if we use Elance or something similar. It is all about the idea – I’m sure that a transaction platform is not a problem. It is more important how do we organise ourselves to request certain demands and find developers to build plugins. UPDATE: For example I need to have a Buddypress Maps plugin […]

I was thinking – there are many situations when a lot of people need a certain functionality but there is no plugin available or it is out-of-date. Maybe we can set some kind of mechanism or use kickstarter.com so that buddypress developers can collect requirements and everybody interested can spend $10-20 on each of it. […]

Very useful plugin. Thanks for it. How to make the activity replies visible as a default?
UPDATE: Problem solved – just had to remove display:none.
UPDATE 2: But then I need to click twice to hide it because buddypress thinks it is closed as default… How to solve it? 🙂 -
