Yes, this is normal now… it helps account for server load. You can manually set your cron to a shorter time to pull the import. For instance if you set it to pull every 2minutes then it would cycle through all five imports every 10 minutes (2×5). If you set it to 5 minutes it […]

Do you have the ability to reset the facebook users (or a user that isn’t working) and have them retry?
Make sure that you don’t have any filters on when trying this or a limit set.

Thanks… the issue is that Peter’s English is a 2nd language, and he’s quite good at it, but syntax becomes an issue some times… If I don’t spot it, it won’t get changed. I will be sure to make this change, that’s why I posted this forum. TY!
