@r-a-y When the do_action “xprofile_avatar_uploaded” is called the 2 files are already created, where it be a new member or another avatar upload. The hunt continues, lol.

@r-a-y I got it to echo the file count correctly. But when you upload a avatar it will always be 2 files. There is a bpfull.jpg & -bpthumb.jpg file. I assume the avatars/59/ is created when a new user uploads for the first time?

My site is geared toward a community of folks recovering and helping others recover from addiction. I think they would find it kind of cool to be able to post a video intro of themselves in their profiles. 🙂

@r-a-y Yeah, I’ve tried all 3 solutions and no luck. My whole purpose was to restrict users from accessing the admin backend. So here’s a simple solution, this function must be added to the functions.php in your theme folder. Only admins can access the /wp-admin with this function.

@Dennis_H you could befriend everyone with a dedicated support account upon activation, Welcome Pack, but @r-a-y I agree with Dennis and had thought of the same. Even better for me would be to allow anyone to PM a specified admin account but not all admin accounts. Regardless, thank you for pluginifying this. BG

What @r-a-y gave you works for me in bp-default child theme. What theme are you using? Do you have any plugin relating to navigation or pages installed in your WP?
