@somdefabrica if by sidebar you mean #sidebar, I see no margin-bottom added to #sidebar in Chrome and FF.

@somdefabrica by default, 20 members are shown per page in Members Directory page. Pagination will show up when you have more than 20 members per page. Same goes with Groups Directory page.

@somdefabrica double-check the privacy settings of your blog in subsite. It must allow indexing by robots/google.

have you tested with the bp-default template activated ?

Deactivate also any plugin except BP and reactivate one by one to try to find a culprit.
