Hopefully with the next major release: 2.0
Since I will likely take the project as my thesis work, the feature will probably be a X-mas/New Year present to Courseware users 🙂-
Great to hear SP 2.0 will have the feature and that you are going to do this as your thesis work. And may be we will be able to wait till the new year.

@sushkov, from the picture you can see there is a “Network Activate”. In the handbook, it does instruct click “Active” to install the plugin. So, I would like to know what’s the difference if I click “Network Activate” ?

Actually I was talking to Chris 🙂 I’m pretty sure you don’t have to change anything in your plugin to let people protect groups/courseware pages with S2Member.
It’s as easy a restricting certain URI for payed members only.

@sushkov, what’s the difference between “Active” and “Network Active”. If “Active” in root blog only, with BP network actived, I guess sitewide members can still access Courseware and create Courses, right?

Actually I can’t understand what are you referring to.
Maybe you mean, the active globally option?

There’s no `Network Active` option afaik. Can you get a screenshot where did you find it?

Ok, thats the BuddyPress option for plugins.
You don’t need it for ScholarPress, since BuddyPress doesn’t work with MS on every site.

@sushkov, I’ve also re-installed WP 3.01 and upgraded BP to 1.2.6-bleeding ….. still no change.

@sushkov, I did try to disabled all plugins and switch to the default theme – still the same problem.

@sushkov, I just created a github, username imjjss, I don’t know how to create a group there, I tried “Watch”, “Fork”, seems not the path. The only way to make an entry is to Create an Issue, but this is not an issue, it’s a feature. I will start a topic there when I figure out how to start it.
