Someone took a look at my website and suggested that it could be a rights problem.
How can I get this right?

– Intel Pentium Quad Core E6600 FSB1066
– 2 x Kingston 2GB DDR2 800 PC6400
– 2x 500 GB Seagate SATA 2 (RAID-1)
– 3Ware 9650SE-2 Raid Controller
– 2x Intel 1000 Mbit Networkcard

running Windows Server 2003 in combination with IIS 6.0

Not using .htaccess

permalinks are setup as : /%category%/%postname%/

I did what I’ve read in the codex but still didn’t work.
Now I’ve got a fresh WP installation AND a fresh BP installation.
WP 3.2.1 BP 1.5 using BP default theme.

still doesn’t work. can someone take a look and give me advise?

But I want to know how I can do it myself so I can do this with other themes as well.
