activate user registration by admin

hi,
its my first time on buddy press..and i am realy glad to use its features..and now i want to a help..till then if any one fill the registration form, then a activation link goes to his mail id and after click on this link, he is able for login…
but now i want some change..when a user fill a registration form ..then no email go its email
id..only a message show that you are registered..and now admin activate every user..from its dashboard..plz help..

There’s a premium plugin http://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-auto-activate-auto-login/ or you could try to update an old plugin https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bp-disable-activation/
