Activation key field don’t auto fill

Hi! When user register on the site they get email with activation link. When open this link, activation key field doesn’t autofill key. I tested registration process on test version of website and there’s no problem with account activation. Aby suggestion how to make it works?

Buddypress 3.0.0

What theme are you using and is there a chance that you edited any theme files?

Activation is not visible

I use my own theme. @venutius thanks for link. I edit this file and all works well:

@venutius I have another problem, I try to create new topic to describe this but when I click button “Submit” topic not created. Maybe topic is in spam because I add photo link. Can you check it?

My powers don’t extend that far – can’t look at rejected posts, I can say tere is automatic spam link checking and if it’s on the blacklist it will disappear without a trace.

I’ve the same problem. An unexpected page asks for an Activation Key after clicking the mail activation key. I’m using Buddyboss.
