Activity Feed – Post Update very slow

Hi everyone. I have the Activity Feed for our community on our main home page of our membership and when you go to post and update, it sometimes takes 10 seconds or more for the content to post. After clicking on the Post Update button, the button kind of vibrates/flashes in and out for awhile until it finally takes the content and posts it. Is there a way to speed this up?

Try to debug at your site, might be any 3rd party plugin action is called on post update which is taking time to execute and delaying the process.
