Activity Stream Comments produce 404 error using 3rd party theme with BP template pack

    When I attempt to post any Activity Stream Comments they produce 404 error

    I am using a 3rd party theme but with the BP template pack
    it works fine if i use the default BB Press theme

    I have uninstalled everything and then installed BB Press, My Theme then the template pack again but same result.

    What can i do to fix this so it works with my theme ?

    Hi,

    No answer but a single question…
    Did you assign a page for forum ? If yes, and because you installed bbPress as standalone forum, a forum page is not necessary.
    A forum page is only needed when you install BP including forums for groups.

    It seems that many people encouter such comment button problem since BP 1.5.6 update.
    Perhaps try to change permalinks settings and test with BP Default… ;-)
