Activity stream not working PLEASE HELP!

    Ive been working other aspect of the site and havent notice but when I posted something on n the activity stream, it keep positing the same post. I dont know what happen but Is anybody else having the same issue? I deactivated all the plugins and still didnt do nothing. I need help asap please!
