Add a new friend request problem

    I have a buddypress website but when I try to add other friends and send a request for adding me as friend then Other one receive a request from me but I cant accept this request I have to redirect to another page PAGE HAS NOT FOUND one thing more when I change my permalink as default then my website do not work where is the problem
