Add Image with Activity update OR Image with Group Post Update

    Anyone know of some code or a plugin that allows me to update my activity stream with an image as well as text?

    ie.
    Hey this is something i am working on right now guys, what do you all think?
    (this could do well in a group for other group members as well….)

    Any help would be AWESOME!
