Add media problem after upgrading to WP 3.5

Running:
buddy press 1.6.2
bbPress 2.2.3

After upgrading to WP 3.5 I cannot add media except featured image.
Probably WP related but still need help resolving it. Thanks!

Probably WP related, but to check, deactivate BP and BBP and try again. If it’s still an issue, redirect your questions to the wordpress.org forum. BP and bbp don’t have native media upload functionality (beyond avatars), so you are probably posting in the wrong locale. Hope you find a solution.

Thanks.
I used an old trick of resetting plugin through renaming plugin directory loging out and returning back to normal BUT it did not do the trick. Add Media does NOT work NOR any of the widgets – anything connecting to AJAX is dead. Any help or jsut wait for WP 3.51?

@bibliata if you deactivated BP as mrjarbenne advised above and you still cannot add media, please post this issue at https://wordpress.org/support/
