Add reply still visible after logout

    Upgraded to bp 1.2.4 running wpmu 2.9.2 – after logout, forum posts still have the textarea underneath the forum topic where they can add a reply. Where can this be changed so that it’s only visible to logged in users?

    Can’t duplicate this on BP 1.2.4.1.

    Do you have any caching plugins installed?

    Thanks for the reply Ray, I had but I have disable them all a couple of days ago.

    On the modified default theme I had to edit “groupssingleforumtopic.php”

    I added and if statement with is_user_logged_in() just above div post-topic-reply and now it’s displaying correctly but I’m sure that’s not the way to do it.

    So when using the BP default theme, you still get this problem?
