Adding Network after BP is already installed

I have WP 3.0.1 running.
I have BP Version 1.2.5.2
I have 30 users who have already started to interact through my social network.

I want to add the network feature in WP to allow all my users to have their own blog. Is it possible to do this after BP has already been enabled? Should I have enabled the Network feature first?

How do allow my users to have their own blogs given my current setup?

You can definitely enable it after the fact. Here’s a tutorial: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-enable-multi-site-option-in-wordpress-3-0/ I’d just test it before you do it since the change might affect some of the plugins you are using or other features of the site.
