admin email notifications to members not working

hi there

i’ve installed buddypress 1.5.1 on my website and is running the jetpack 1.2.2 plugin. when i’m sending admin emails (notifications) to all my site’s members, it shows it’s been send, but the mails doesn’t go through to my members, so i can’t let them know when i post something new on my website or just give them other important notices. any suggestions. thanks

Some webhosts need an extra plugin to send mail.
Such as: https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/mail-from/
and/or https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
