BP doesn’t have any built-in tools for modifying the appearance of the page from the Dashboard.

This leaves you with two options:
1. Use custom CSS. You can probably accomplish much of what you want this way.
2. Override BP’s templates in your child theme. Only do this if you need to change markup.

If you can give more of an idea of what you’re trying to accomplish, we may be able to give more specific advice.
