Approve members to private groups

I’m sorry, there may be something on the topic but I didn’t find it.
I CAN’T seem to find a way how to approve people who apply to my private groups on BuddyPress 2.1.1
PLEASE HELP! My community is based on private groups and I’ll have more and more people applying.
There is no button for approval: neither in the group, nor on the dashboard.
Thanks for your quick reaction, it’s really urgent.

On the group page, if you are the group admin, you should see a tab called ‘Manage’.
After clicking that, you should see a sub-tab called ‘Requests’.
If you don’t, try switching to a WP theme like 2012 to determine whether it’s an issue with your theme.
