Autocomplete Profile Text Box (with other user's values)?

Hi there,

I googled around for quite some time now but couldn’t find anything regarding my issue:

Is there any way I can implement some (Ajax) Autocomplete for specific text boxes inside the Extended Profiles? The users should be able to enter, let’s say, hobbies and other users should then get some autocomplete in order to get similar spellings of terms in the end.
Unfortunately this list of hobbies is not existing beforehand since I don’t know what users will enter and I don’t want to restrict them in choices.

Something like that would be great. If possible, a solution which doesn’t break after an BP update.
