Avatar Cropping Issue

    I am having an issue with the gravtar crop function. I currently have a wordpress network installed and when you upload a gravtar it immediate shows the bpfull.jep but when you go to crop, it complete deleted everything and says that it is successful and comes up blank.

    So I went to the server to see what happens. It looks like when you first upload it create the folder in avatar folder and puts the bpfull.jep. but when you crop it, it deletes the folder.

    Does anyone know how to fix this bug?

    I am on a rackspace server.

    How about when you upload a large image to your post, do you get the large, medium and small images as choice?
