Best Captcha & Spam Protection for BUDDYPRESS?

Hello…What is the Best Plugin to reduce Spam on BUDDYPRESS Registration pages etc?

I want to install some type of Captcha pluggin, but it seems most are not compatible or have mixed reviews….Any recommendations?

@wpdragon have you tried Akismet? I’ve found that to work well as part of your overall spam fighting strategy.

Ya, im working locally, so havent activated Akismet yet – but, ill include that for overall spam fighting. Thanks.

Also, rename your ‘register’ page to something else. Lots of spam bots look for /register/ so something as simple as /register-page/ will help hide your sign up form from at least a few of the bots.
