I’ve just installed buddypress – When im logged in, i dont have the possibility to create a blog…
I’ve also tried to create a user, and i still cant create a blog for that user – What am I doing wrong? It’a a default buddypress installation, with the default buddypress theme….

1 – Make sure you have multisite enabled. https://codex.wordpress.org/Tools_Network_SubPanel
2 – Enable creation of new sites in the “Registration settings” section under “Super Admin” > “Options”
