Blogs not showing in blog list

Our Buddy Press was down for a couple of months. The blogs that were created during this period are not showing in the blogs list link on the home page. How do I associate the wordpress blog with a members buddy press profile?

Actually many of the blogs done before this are not showing either. Any idea how I can get all blogs to show?

Check the blog settings in siteadmin and make sure they’re set to public, otherwise they won’t be shown.

The blogs are set to private with the exception of a few.

My last post was not accurate. I meant to say the blogs are set to public with the exception of a few student blogs.

Same here … just ran into this tonight. All sites/blogs are set to public (verified). Now it does work with the default theme and not my custom (ReviewIt) theme which is made to work with buddypress. It’s just that in this case it’s not showing this one feature (Blogs Directory): http://stangnation.com/blogs

Fixed my own issue: so in my theme I found that I was missing the file blogs-loop.php under wp-content/themes/reviewit/blogs. This may help someone else if they have a custom theme: https://buddypress.org/media/bp-template-pack.zip

I basically compared file contents between the two.
