BP 1.2 RC Classic Theme: Broken Register Form

The register form in BP 1.2 RC Classic Theme with BuddyPress backwards compatibility plugin is broken: margins/ paddings are missing around the frame and the sidebar is out of alignment in continuous text.

I don’t know from where the problem is caused, since wp-content/plugins/buddypress-backwards-compatibility/bp-themes/bp-sn-parent/registration/register.php doesn’t differ significantly from BP 1.1.3’s bp-sn-parent/registration/register.php.

Anybody have a clue?
