I’ll apologize now for the question. Late last year, we worked on wireframing the template parts (layouts) for 1.7. I had assumed that the finalized versions of those would be what I would see (from a layout standpoint) when activating 1.7 in a non-BP theme. For example, using 1.7 with TwentyTwelve, I expected to see, the Members Directory in a grid layout, or the Member Profile having the tab navigation located to the left vertically, etc. Instead the Directory shows the members in the traditional list layout and the Profile tabs laid out horizontally. Is there a css file that should be moved over to the theme folder to override the theme’s default css or… I’m a bit confused as to how to invoke the layouts per last year’s wireframes.
