Perhaps those styles are no longer being used ?
You can download older versions of BP here.
Make a backup of your database.
Then deactivate the BP plugin.
Then upload another version of BP and activate.
No, those styles are being used. It’s just some of them are visible, some of them – don’t.

I’ve downgraded to 2.03, my it didn’t help and the styles are still not being picked up. What are other options? What can I do?
@iryna_b This might be an obvious suggestion but have you tried adding !important to one of those styles that aren’t taking effect? So as an example:
.button:hover, .button:active { background: #dd823b; }
.button:hover, .button:active { background: #dd823b!important; }

Anyone know, how can I fix this?
Mainly I have issues with user profile. All information, like user’s username, activity – shifted under avatar. I had sub-navigation displayed horizontally and now it’s vertical. Also I removed Album tab and it’s appeared again.
Also in the main Members page, I have add/remove member button shifted under avatar.
What more can I do to have all my settings back?
