Bring back individual blogs!

I have installed the new version of BP with WP3.

It seems that the button Create blog, that allowed users to create an individual blog from templates has disapeared.

Is it a glitch? Nobody answered my questions about this.

If it is intentional, please bring this functionnality back!

This is a major drawback for this otherwise excellent platform.

Do you have WordPress Single-User or Multi-User installed?

Same situation here. When I tried to access the example.com/blogs I got redirected to the mainpage. I read here that the solution is to create a network then when I created one the blogs appeared but all members where member to the base installed blog which is your wordpress site prior to the installment of BP. If a solution could just be pass regarding this…someone????
