Buddy Press problems!

    First of all how do i get the front end profile bar like the one here instead of the crappy one i got,

    2, on this actuall website why carnt i get past page 1 of the plugins it just wont show me the others

    3. when the hell are wordpress gonna do something with buddypress its in major need of a revamp and needs a hell lot of features adding to it

    4. can any one reccomend any plugins worth having to make my wordpress site with bbpress and buddypress be better for my members?
