Buddypress and WPMUDev Membership

    I’ve asked for help on WPMUDev support page and I am awaiting an answer
    http://alturl.com/vq9qi is a shorturl to my site.

    When I use the [subscriptionform] shortcode for membership in my registration page it correctly shows all fields from Buddypress’s extended profiles EXCEPT the ZIP code field. It has a non functioning privacy option for the zip code field

    If I use buddypress’s registration page I’m not sure how to get the widgets to work because the plugin overwrites the pages values I’ve set, such as which template to use and any custom content.

    I’m using WP 4.0 with Responsive theme and Responsive Child theme
    I’m using the newest version of buddy press, just installed it a few days ago

    When I use the buddypress registration form there are two places for an email address. Is this for validation or a duplicate entry? Is it for two different databases?
