BuddyPress.org

I’ve looked everywhere online, I’ve downloaded every plugin buddypress has to offer on buddydev, wpmu, buddypress.org, themeforest, and the first 50 pages of google search and I havent found something that even comes close to achieving these functions. are my examples below custom coded or are they available in a plugin, or can someone direct me to a tool/plugin that will get me close to these examples.

I’d like to be able to post projects / jobs and allow members to contribute or apply for positions available.

here are 2 examples, also click on the project to see what they are doing, I’d like to accomplish the same thing if possible though a plugin. I can do simple css changes but I havent found a plugin that allows both a follow /subscribe feature and apply to job feature in the same project and I love the way they show avatars of users that are part of the project too. Please help, I’ve spent the better part of 2 weeks trying to make this happen, I’m about to hire a custom coder to do it.
