BuddyPress.org

Hello,
im currently wondering if this is possible, im not big of a coder myself but i know my way around the code i have some experience on Php but im no expert, css & html i have very much knowledge,
i needed some help how can i achieve this and how to start off i saw a plugin Buddypress Group css currently made by rustybroomhandle i was looking into the source code and this is for buddypress group only which admin users can modified there group style color and css ect..
i wanted to know if this could be modifiable of course with rustybroomhandle permission to do so, so it can be basicly for the profile instead of group.
what would be a good way to do this? i hope someone can help me out thank you.
