Buddypress showing members as active 4 hours off.

It just started last night for reasons I don’t know why. Buddypress now shows everything 4 hours off.
Like, if I click on members, and I am active right then, it will say “Active 4 hours ago” Then is will say “Active 4 hours and 3 minutes” so on and so forth. Everything is now showing 4 hours off. I double checked the time setting in WordPress and it is set to my time zone, and it says the current time.
I did some research and I set it to UTC -7 instead of a town but that didn’t fix it. It is very strange, cause I didn’t install anything, update anything, or really do anything, it just started. Any ideas? Thanks!
