I had created a test user a few days ago. After I logged the test account out and attempted to log back in the next day, I was shown error messages.

The error messages I am receiving are the following:

“User does not exist” – when the user actually does exist

“Email already taken” – when I go to sign up with the email linked to the account they are responding to with “user who does not exist”

If I go to sign up a new test account with a different email, I’m not receiving the activation email – I’ve checked spam.

It just simply is not letting me register or login or do anything.

I’m so confused. I don’t understand.
