Change avatar not working

    I am in the process of setting up a new site powered by WP 2.9.2 and BP 1.2.3 at FarmvilleMad.com, but I am experiencing a few problems. I’ve browsed the forums already searching for an answer to this but haven’t found one.

    My problem is I can not seem to change the avatar from the profile edit page at:

    http://farmvillemad.com/members/FarmvilleMad/profile/change-avatar/

    Basically it allows me to select an image from my computer to upload, which is a basic square JPG approximately 200×200 pixels in size. When I click the upload button though, the page refreshes the same URL but returns as a ‘page not found’.

    Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
