Change "CHECK YOUR EMAIL" text after register!?

    I’ve been sitting for 3 hours googeling how to do this without messing with the core files. Does anyone know a plugin, a code or anything that changes the text:

    CHECK YOUR EMAIL TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT!
    You have successfully created your account! To begin using this site you will need to activate your account via the email we have just sent to your address.

    And no, this text is not in the PoEdit file. (As far as I could see).
    And yes, if you have a way to redirect after the registration button, I’m listening.

    Thanks in advance, this is driving me mad!

    PS I have the latest version of Buddypress and WordPress.
