Clicking on members avatar, no redirect to their profile page.

I’m new to this forum, didn’t find related issues, hope I’m posting in right place.
Have few new issues.
Running WP 3.3.1, and upgraded from Buddypress 1.5.3 to latest version.
Have Prettylinks set to numeric.
-When clicking on members avatar, it doesn’t go to their profile – nothing happens, checked this with I.E and Chrome (New issue). See our directory: http://valour-art.com/artists-a-z
-Only few of members avatar’s show up in Links “Directory” Page (New issue).
-When deleting a member, their links remains and cannot be deleted since clicking on it takes you to a error page.
-And lastly, I’d like to change the log in error message from “lowercase letters only” to “lowercase letters only and no spaces” – had a few emails from potencial members saying it’s too difficult to sign up. Unless there is a plugin that fixes this issue – (Have xtra signup installed)Help would be much appreciated.
