Creating duplicate sites

    I am trying to create multiple sites in buddypress, for example dogs.pets.com, cats.pets.com, fish.pets.com. My problem is I would like the sites to have the same theme and custom header as the pets.com page. Can anyone help me?

    I would also like to duplicate a site. I have a work group that I want to set up a site for each person that is initially the exact same for each of them. They are free to customize their personal sites but want to get them each started with a template. How would I do this?

    @TPeterson1055 whether you are on WPMU 2.9.2 or WP 3.0 multisite, just go to dashboard > Site/Super Admin > Themes and make the Theme you want available to everyone “Active” and save.
