Custom Header Problems In BuddyPress Default 1.5.5

    The header in the default display is not showing the same for me when I activate the theme. The navigation menu shows vertical and on my preview it show horizontal. When I upload my custom header it it showing in duplicate. What can I do to correct this?

    Navigation menu on Appearance > Menu vs. Main Menu on front end? Not sure what you mean, please clarify.
