Custom Profile Details

Is there a way to change the Details of a single Profile on Buddypress?
I want to add a custom link on each profile withc consists of the username itself.
Example: http://www.mylinkls.com/$username/?ref=XXXXAnd i want to add this link on several positions on the profile:
01) The username should be transfomed in a link (2 times)
02) I want to add a button below the username with this link
03) The last login meta should be replaced with the Custom Field “Country”See my screenshot
