deactivate Member Type in the xProfile field

We have 3 roles defined in the xProfile field, and just tried to add BP WC commerce to have 2 of the 3 profiles the ability to have their own store. The Vendor added a new member type which we unselected and when doing so (even though others still selected), It removes the complete field from registration and not only the option for Vendor.
