Default Dashboard Skin/Theme?

Is it possible to give my user’s a branded Dashboard that matches the look and feel of my network? Right now, it just shows the default WP logo, etc. I use a plugin for the main login and for the admin Dashboard, but it doesn’t appear to automatically change the branding for my users (it just shows as a plugin for my users).
