Disable Blogs Plugin Suppressing Local Avatars

DO NOT USE the deactivate WordPress blogs plugin, any of them. WordPress itself is tied to your user profile, and it will suppress your avatars on your current install or instance. You will basically have to go into the plugins area again and install every wp and bp avatar plugin again and troubleshoot the issue. Big headache if you do not know what you are doing. There is no guide to this kind of thing. Trial and error. I assume there is a way to edit the permissions in your hosting file manager, but I didn’t find it.
I thought to report this error here and let others know. If you know of a fix from the file manager, please let me know!
