Disabled buddypress – has broken CSS for other MU sites in IE???

HELP!!
I have had to disable buddypress (temporary only – i need to test some other things out) and it has broken my CSS on the other sites on the MU install.
It’s only in IE, and only for logged in users (ie myself and post authors). But it’s not only the front end CSS but the admin panel as well.
Everything aligns to the left, and some of the widths are out.

pw – dexterHELP!! i can’t for the life of me see why this would be happening – as it’s happening on all sites on the MU install (so different themes) front end & backend.
