DISENABLING AND DISINTALLING BUDDYPRESS on WORDPRESS

Hello,
I’m trying to disenable and disinstall buddypress but when I try to disenable it from the plugins panel it always returns this error: connection time out.

How can I manage and solve it?

@iol2014 https://codex.wordpress.org/Common_WordPress_Errors#Connection_Timed_Out
So if you don’t want/need to fix connection time out error/s, then just delete the BuddyPress folder in the wp-content/plugins folder via FTP if you have access.

Thank you a lot for your reply, I will delete that folder, I’ve been thought that but I wondered if it could cause some problem…
